"Smiles Between Sun & Stars" is a digital mural created for the Moultrie, GA Walmart through NOW Art, an LA-based public art agency. It was created as part of the community mural program in August 2023 using a combination of Adobe Fresco and Adobe Illustrator.
“Smiles Between Sun & Stars” was created to be a fun and joyful representation of Moultrie and its community. Local agriculture and nature is highlighted by day, while the architecture of the grand courthouse is illuminated by night. Both day and night, the people of Moultrie are front and center, at the heart of everything. Bright colors and bold shapes were utilized to accentuate the vibrance of Moultrie and its people, culminating in an idyllic scene of friends, family, and community enjoying all that Moultrie has to offer.
