To highlight the vibrance and rich culture of the Morrow community, the piece was made to be bold, playful, and dynamic in composition. The interior and organ of the breathtaking Spivey Hall, well-known for its captivating music performances, as well as the architecturally interesting façade of the James M. Baker University Center, represent the local ties to and pride for Clayton State University. As home to the Georgia branch of the National Archives, Morrow is also represented by the striking National Archives at Atlanta building and an illustration of the archival materials themselves, hinting at the expansive and thoroughly detailed histories housed within its walls.
